Binocentral is now open normal hours – 9-5pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 10 – 4pm.

To our BinoCentral community,

We know that there are a lot of questions around how the latest government announcements will affect BinoCentral. As a business, we’re committed to the health and safety of our community, customers, and team – this is our number one priority. It is why we’re closely monitoring the impact of the current health situation both locally and around the globe.

Our Joondalup showroom will remain open, and we want to share with you the extra preventative measures we’re taking. Following the direction of the Australian Government, we have created a sanitised and hygenic environment by:

Increasing the frequency and standard of cleaning routines in store
Reinforcing best hygiene practice
Encouraging the reduction of handling physical cash (payment through credit cards, PayPal and bank deposits are recommended)
Ensuring team members who feel unwell stay at home
Suspending the BinoCentral viewing nights and lessons

Our BinoCentral online store will remain open, where you can shop 24/7. With all orders, we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure parcels arrive in the safest way possible.

Update 28/03/2020

Binocentral Joondalup will stay open as long as we are allowed and providing no staff are sick or show signs of illness. We ask our customers to please observe the 1.5 metre distance and where possible only two persons at a time on your visit, if you come as a family then we ask that some stay out of the store in our undercover area.

We have wipes and cleaning spray available for customers and our staff clean all surfaces after each visit.

Binocentral will be implementing lessons by Zoom so we ask you to download the app so we can link with you to answer any questions you may have about your telescope.
