MARS Event

On the 27th of July, Mars will make it’s closest approach to the Earth in many years, we at BinoCentral will have a special night on the Thursday 26th July.

Starting at 6:30pm we will be viewing the Moon and Jupiter, at 7:30pm we will aim the telescopes at Saturn then from 8pm – 9pm we will be observing Mars. Now as always it will depend on the weather so fingers crossed, we will give weather updates as we approach the time on the 26th July.

Everyone is welcome this is a free event, if you wish to BYO food and drinks and make a picnic of the evening you are most welcome to do so, we will have a telescope set up with a mobile phone adaptor attached so you can take images of the occasion.
