The ZWO OAG-L Off-Axis Guider is expertly designed for serious astrophotographers focusing on long focal length imaging. Compatible with APS-C and full-frame cameras, as well as 7 x 36mm and 2" EFW filter wheels, this OAG-L is an essential tool for achieving precision in deep-sky astrophotography.
Enhanced Guiding Accuracy:
Large Prism Size: Features a 12 x 12mm prism, significantly larger than the standard ZWO M68 OAG, to provide a broader field of view for guiding.
Ideal for Long Focal Lengths: Especially effective with telescopes having long focal lengths, recommended for use with a large sensor guiding camera like the ASI174MM Mini.
Technical Specifications:
Optical Thickness: 17.5mm, plus an additional 5mm with the tilt plate, totaling 22.5mm.
Light-Passing Aperture: The guide camera interface has an effective aperture of 11.7 x 8.3mm.
Camera Compatibility: Specifically designed to be compatible only with ASI mini cameras.
