The ZWO ASI991MM Pro is a specialized cooled monochrome SWIR (Short-Wave Infrared) camera, featuring the advanced Sony IMX991 InGaAs sensor. The ASI991MM Pro integrates ZWO’s zero amp glow technology, eliminating unwanted infrared light artifacts common in traditional sensors. Its two-stage TEC cooling system reduces the sensor temperature by up to 35°C below ambient, minimizing dark current noise for cleaner, high-contrast images. This makes it ideal for long-exposure imaging, even under challenging conditions such as cloud cover or daylight.

Built with a durable 1/4" Sony IMX991 sensor and Cu-Cu interconnect technology, the ASI991MM Pro boasts low fixed pattern noise and a high pixel quality.
