The Saxon 1149 Reflector comes with the EQ1 mount with a clock drive on an aluminium tripod. The clock drive allows the EQ1 mount track objects moving across the night sky.
The Equatorial mount is designed to track objects across the sky equatorialy this does take a bit of setting up but once done makes observing objects in the night sky.
This telescope is not designed for terrestrial viewing.
