This filter is for use with narrowband astrophotography .
Oxygen III light has a wavelength of 500.7nm, and is a commonly-used narrowband frequency. It can be used as part of two-band, three-band, or other false-colour images.
Specs:
- 7nm bandpass OIII narrowband filter for astrophotography.
- Filters out all but 502 ± 3.5nm incoming light.
- Mounted in a 1.25" collar with a thread for fitting into a1.25" nosepiece or a 1.25" filter wheel
