Celestron UHC LPR 1.25-inch Filter

The Celestron Ultra High Contrast (ULC) LPR filter is designed to improve contrast of the night sky and effectively reduce light pollution from distorting your views.

The advanced filter coating enable for over 97% transmission across the bandpass while specifically blocking unwanted wavelengths associated with artificial light and unwanted natural light (eg. sky glow).

Best suited against city or suburbian lights, this filter can be used in all areas to enhance contrast in the night sky and improve observation of galaxy and nebulae.

The filters contain multi layered dielectric coating for maximum light transmission and plasma assisted and lonbeamed hardened to resist scratches to the filters. Available in 1.25" and 2" sizes.
