How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our product availability is listed on the product page. If an item is listed as “In Stock”, this means that the product is available in our warehouse and ready to be shipped the next business day.
What couriers do you use?
We use a range of couriers which you can select from at the checkout. Each courier will have a slightly different delivery fee and time frame.
When will my item be sent to me?
Items are arranged to be shipped one business day after payment is received.
When will I receive my item?
Depending on the courier chosen at the checkout, this could take between 2-5 business days if you live in a metro area.
For those who live in a regional area, please allow an additional 4-7 business days.
It's been two weeks and I still have not receive my item.
